Personal:

Bill Young is a Certified General Contractor (license # CGC058774) and has been in the construction industry for over 30 years.   Mr. Young’s experience stems from his early construction projects in Dade and Broward counties where he was involved in the construction of Custom Homes as well as multi story apartment complexes.  After working his way through the ranks, from framing contractor to general contractor, Bill Young incorporated his custom homes operations in 2001 as Homes by Bill Young Inc. Bill has become a premier builder in the Tampa Bay area and is known for his personal touch in dealing with his clients, architects, engineering staff, subcontractors and various construction lenders to help facilitate a streamlined operation throughout the construction process. Homes by Bill Young Inc. uses a very effective “team approach” which involves all parties from start to finish.

Residential:

In the past few years Homes by Bill Young has built several “V” zone projects in Pinellas and Pasco Counties which include an Assisted Living Facility in Clearwater, a 13,000 square foot residence on Lake Tarpon, (see video): http://www.electrotours.com/s2863/video_tour.htm 14,000 square foot, 4 story residence in Port Richey, along with a 10,000 sf and 12,000 sf home in Holiday and New Port Richey.

Commercial:

Bill has also completed commercial buildings and a variety of tenant build outs for commercial clients.  One of the most notable was the Barneys Coffee shop at Countryside.  This project was completed in only 18 days from permit to CO.  While other contractor’s bids were scheduled for over 10 weeks, this fast track construction resulted in cost savings to the owner and they were able to open for business 2 months earlier than the other contractors estimated finish dates.
